Shipping policy

We ship all orders using Australia Post from either our store location Inverell 2360 or Head Quarters Delungra 2403.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days with a tracking number.

Once we have lodged your shipment with the postal service we no longer have any control or responsibility over your order.

Time frames are estimated only by the carrier and can not be guaranteed.
